I am by no means a wealthy man, but I love duck hunting shotguns. If I find one, at a good price, I will buy it. One of the best duck hunting guns I own is the the Super Black eagle II or SBEII. A new Super Black Eagle II will run you anywhere from $1500-$1800 depending on some options you want on the gun. Over the period of time I have owned my Super Black Eagle II, I have had none or very, very minimal fails by my SBE II. The only time I remember it failing was when it was cycling 2 3/4 dove shells. One of the positives I can tell you is this gun is like a old nissan truck. Don’t be surprised the miles you get out of the gun before it fails. If and when you do break it down and clean it, it is very simple to do. I think the gun is very accurate up to forty yards. I would recommend siting it in with whatever choke you decide to go with. Here are a few more specs to look at:
- Reliable Inertia Driven system
- Shoots 2-3/4″, 3″ and 3-1/2″ shells
- ComforTech system reduces recoil up to 48%
- Weighs 13 to 15% less than competing shotgun models
- Left-hand models also available
