Hello Folks - Newbie here

I've been lurking around for the past year reading the posts and finally decided to register. I'm a duck hunter and enjoy a good goose hunt mixed in now and then. I'm from Arkansas and have a lease about 20 miles west of Stuttgart. Going to spruce up the blinds tomorrow. It wont be long til we all get started hunting again. We get a Teal season starting Sept. 14 and a Canada Goose season starting Oct. 5. I can hardly wait. Its been a long time since last season closed. Hope we all get the weather and the ducks this year.

Btw, real nice site ya'll have here.

We may very well have run into one another on another board. I do frequent a few other's and moderate on one. I wont name any names here since that's a no-no and I dont wont to offend anyone. I've enjoyed this site a lot. Seems like a good group of knowledgeable and friendly duck hunters here that like to talk ducks. Duck hunting is a passion for me year round but this time of year its about all I think about.

Thanks to all that extended a welcome. I appreciate it.

We'll sure share the cold weather and the ducks, but I think we both need to be asking the folks up north

Nobody knows, but I'm optimistic this may be the year for all of us. We're due. Last year the weather here was almost perfect but we never got the weather up north to push 'em down here.

YEA CACHE, YOUR RIGHT, MAYBE BY DECEMBER EVERYTHING NORTH OF ARKANSAS WILL BE FROZE TIGHTER THAN A WITCHES TIT, THE ODDS OF THAT HAPPENING ARE SLIM, BUT IT'S BOUND TO GET BETTER, I DON'T THINK IT COULD GET MUCH WORSE THAN LAST YEAR.
