Big Crappie

Whats the biggest Crappie you guys have seen or caught??? I saw and held (although did not catch) a 4lb crappie yesterday!!!!!! 18 " from tip to tip. That is a big crappie!!!

Really wasn't fair to the fish since she was obviously slow minded. Anybody could catch fish in this pond. Heck, even "the doctor" caught a few!!! LOL

i guess the doc thinks he's angler of the year now ?

I caught the 3 biggest I have ever caught this past weekend. I was pre-fishing Friday at Grenada for our club tournament and caught a 3 lb 9 oz and a 3 even. Tournament day brought 10 fish to the scales that weighed 18.02 lbs but that wasn't enought. I came in 17th out of 47 boats. The winning weight was 24 lbs. Went back Sunday to the same spot and caught a 3 lb 4 oz. We tore them up and I weighed my 10 best and they weighed 25 lbs! Where were they Saturday?!
