Cover the bed as easy as you can with minimal disturbance with either or of the above. What few that come out will begin to take pieces back down in the hill. Word must spread fast because afterwhile they are all hauling it down below. I've heard they feed on it, queen included, and when they taken in moisture to drink, it swells up an POP!!!! No more ant/ants.

Old guy told me this years ago and I've tried and found it works most of the time. I guess you gotta get the queen to kill the whole mound.

But, it's cheap, good for a beer drinking bet anyway!!! :wink:
