Underdog Rebs made huge plays. Egg Bowl trophy back with the good guys.
Gold magical slippers fizzled. But if you click them three times, and say " there's no place like home", you'll be back in Starkville, wake up, and realize it was all just a bad dream.
Btw, my victory cigar tonight is an Oliva Serie G maduro. Sipping Michters. Life is good.

Rest of my life? Laffin'. As per usual, you Bears give yourselves wayyyy too much credit.
It is certainly disappointing. Losing nearly always is, but I had this one figured as a L for awhile. My honest take is that MSU was dang lucky to have the record we did and UOM was a better team with a one-game worse record.

I hope the positive fallout from this season stays around a little while. Hopefully something good next year is in store for both programs.

Stang, for a second place division finish, capped by a loss to your in-state rival, I recommend a White Owl grape flavored cigar. It's cheap, bittersweet, and will leave a bad taste in your mouth for 364 days.
