Underdog Rebs made huge plays. Egg Bowl trophy back with the good guys.

Gold magical slippers fizzled. But if you click them three times, and say " there's no place like home", you'll be back in Starkville, wake up, and realize it was all just a bad dream.



Btw, my victory cigar tonight is an Oliva Serie G maduro. Sipping Michters. Life is good. 8)

Rest of my life? Laffin'. As per usual, you Bears give yourselves wayyyy too much credit.

It is certainly disappointing. Losing nearly always is, but I had this one figured as a L for awhile. My honest take is that MSU was dang lucky to have the record we did and UOM was a better team with a one-game worse record.

I hope the positive fallout from this season stays around a little while. Hopefully something good next year is in store for both programs.

Stang, for a second place division finish, capped by a loss to your in-state rival, I recommend a White Owl grape flavored cigar. It's cheap, bittersweet, and will leave a bad taste in your mouth for 364 days. :wink:
