I like the idea of a little money on the table for motovation.. Phat Daddy needs a new gun.. But after seeing some of the Height/Weight combos it would be tough to judge..

May have to just keep it friendly..

Here is a site you can use to calculate your ideal body weight.. This one actually looks reasonable..

http://www.healthcentral.com/diet-exercise/ideal-body-weight-3146-143.html

Mine says between 176 and 193.. So I am going to shoot for the average of 184.

Started back working out last week after about a year off. Never have had a problem controlling my eating but I am in terrible shape right now. Thought I was going to pass out during the evaluation at the fitness center. Weighed in at 187 and my goal weight is 175. Planning on running a local 5K in April so that is my motivation right now.

Monday is my start day. Will start up a thread then. Maybe we can all report on it, kinda an accountability thread. Need to lose some serious lbs. Wife showed me a picture today of me 3 years ago and told me how good I looked with that haircut, I said it aint the hair, I was 60 lbs lighter.

If your going to work out remember
Muscle weights more than fat

Build from your core outwards not from your Biceps inward.

You cant work off a Big Mac and fries in a couple hours at the Gym

You need to drink alot of fluids ie WATER not Bud lite

You have to eat to keep your body burning calories eat mini meals 5 or 6 times a day

Every time you put a portion of something on your plate its to large so cut it in half at least. Four ounces of meat looks like a postage stamp.

Dont stand on the scale every couple of days but once every couple of weeks...

MOST important
Go to a GYM thats loaded with fine looking ladies...Your eyes need a work out too.

Nope... I tried it several times in the past and I just don't make time to go.. I bought a bike for like 100 bucks that way it is a 1 time expense. When it warms up (or should I say cool down :x ) I'll get back on it..

My @ss h@le is really thanking me right now. Been trying to go for records but I got to invest in some new TP. Thinking about the kind with Aloe Vera in it.

Flushable wet wipes is all you need. Trust me, sounds funny, but highly worth it.
