New Year Resolution
New Year Resolution
Ok, Who made the resolution to loose some weight.. After the cruise and stepping on the scale at an even 200lbs. I am determined to get back down to my fighting weight of 180lbs..
In 2004 I went on the Low Carb fad and went from 205 to 170 in 4 months.. Gonna try and do it with smaller portions and a little exercise this time.
Anybody on the weight loss train with me..

Yep, the wife bought P90X and we started Jan. 1 with the fitness test and program started on Jan. 2.... been sore to different degrees and different intensities since then!! I didn't think yoga would be hard.... pffffftsh - burned 1050 cals. in 1.5 hours! Kempo today....
6'3" 265 lbs. starting weight, hoping to get around 235 lbs. by day 90.

Glad to see I am not the only one.. As of today I am 196 at 5' 11"
Did some research a few years ago when I went on the Low Carb diet and it said my ideal weight was 168...
But when I was down to 170 everyone said I looked sick. So I am shooting for 180..
Here are some weight loss tips to help keep you motivated.
1. Shave your head. Less Hair = Less weight
2. Make sure you Pee and Take a Dump before getting on the scales in the morning.
3. Don't take a shower before you weigh yourselves. You inevitially will drink about a pound of water before you get out..
4. Don't buy new clothes to fit if your old ones are too tight.. You will eat less when you can't breath.
What are some other ones you can think of..

I gotta lose some myself. Right now I'm 6'4" and 375. Would love to lose 100 pounds. Don't know how long it will take. My method right now is Ex-lax and water. My @ss h@le is really thanking me right now. Been trying to go for records but I got to invest in some new TP. Thinking about the kind with Aloe Vera in it.

You gonna be sh*tt*n in the woooooooodsssssss

I use the kind with aloe. sometimes I wipe my booty for the hell of it cause it feels so good..
Why is my mouth so dry this morning, when I drank so much last night?

real curious on what you think of the p90. watched the info several times and it looks like a good routine. keep us posted
so far, i believe the X is for Xtreme! it hurts and it pushes you pretty far, but the trainer lets you take a break if you need it (pause) - he stresses quality of technique over quantity of reps. Do what YOU can and forget the rest - soon you will be able to do more and more.
i'll try to update from time to time - i hope this is mostly the "first 2 weeks" syndrome on my body to get through and after that it will be easier to get through the workouts. my wife and i both are like zombies shortly after the workout and the next morning because due to our schedules we haven't been finishing the workouts before 7:00 or later at night and then have to cook and eat dinner.
