Thanks for sharing your experience there. I will never set foot in that place. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I have had bad luck with Freddies Pearl, MS shop, but his Canton place fixed another repair quickly and didn't break the bank.
My suzook now has a bad front u-joint or short shaft.... where is another ATV repair shop (jackson area) that will do good work and is reputable??

Flynts fixed me up the last time and he does great work. He is off Terry Rd. in Byram. It was a little far for me to drive but he is worth it.

HEHEHEHE you damn right I would. I'm glad I don't own a suzuki, I got a honda foreman. I would have just had to go to jail after I took 700 dollars worth out of his booty. Then after I bonded out I would have found out where he lives and pulled every carter key out of his front end of his truck so the damn tires would have fallen off  and unscrewed his oil plug after I set out a couple of COON traps there in his yard. The sorry SOB thinks just cause he's got a little money he can take advantage of people. These kinda people need their booty whooped every day when they wake up. After reading what he has done I think I will call the suzuki dealership and vent a little

If you still need repair, you prolly aught to go the Better Business Bureau on the front end to avoid the same problem.

I know Freddy and his family pretty well. In fact I see him several times a week. Personally I do not think he is a bad guy. I understand why you feel mistreated but as with everything I am sure there are 2 sides to the story. I also know I have bought things fom him and had a problem . I talked to him about it man to man and he made it right. He did speak about how hard it was to find good service help and I believed him. He doesn't turn the wrenches. He just collects the money, pays his employees and hopefully makes a little profit. What I did not do is get on the internet and slam him. I don't see anything wrong with sharing your experience but this is the 2nd board I have seen this topic posted on. However, that is your perogative. But, be careful if you don't have undisputable proof he did you wrong and you keep slandering him. Freddy is not afraid to defend himself or his business' and he has several. I am not saying he will as I have not mentioned it to him. But he doesn't play.
A suggestion when getting service work done is to get a written estimate or not let the work be done. That way you and the business owner are both protected. I can promise you that he did not set out to beat you out of $700. They don't stock a lot of parts so he probably had most of it tied up in ordered parts for your bike. They good news is that you have recourse and it sounds like you are taking advantage of that. Next time get a Yamaha or a Honda although I am sure there are dealers out there of similar quality.Good luck

OOOOOOH we should be scared and all run and hide now!!!!!!!!!!

I have a suzuxi 4wheeler and I love it, would not own a different bike, have had a suzuki since 1984. Whats being posted here is true, jackson motor sports service suxs. It may not be Freddie turning the wrenches but he owns the company....and thats the bottom line. I will be waiting on my summons to be sued now.[/b]

If i have posted one thing that is not true, then I deserve to be in court, but the bottom line is, i went to Freddy, man to man and he did not do anything. I even told him I did not expect the entire $700 back since some of that was parts. I even took the part to him that his mechanic hammered on. They never denied using a hammer to put the part on but Freddy just walked away from me. I told him my intentions and he still did not care to settle it. The only way he has ever made any effort to settle this is by threatening me. If that is the type of man he is then thats fine, but no one should be mad about me sharing the truth. I am sure if I knew him and his family like you do, I would not have this problem either. The bottom line is he does not run his business in a fashion that makes customers happy. Maybe if he hired a service manager to over see some of the day to day activities he would not be in this position so often. Being friends with someone is one thing and agreeing with them on a business level is totaly different. I know I have taken at least one sale from him, if not many more and that alone cost him more than the $300 he could have settled up with me for. I am sure he already knows about my message board posts and I hope he has read them. That would be the only explanation to his behavior the day I took him my letter to Suzuki.
