I haven't tried it yet.
That was my first impression when I saw the new stuff. It just looks a little different than the old stuff.

What is the shelf life on this stuff? I got one unopened bottle that has been in the cabinet and one opened bottle that has been in the refridgerator for I've lost track of how long. Is it still good?
Wingman, If you like the Tony's seasoning, send me a PM with your address and I'll mail you some seasoning and see if you like it. Little grocery store down this way makes their own seasoning and I think it knocks the socks off of any of the Tony's seasonings.

Ms Freida (Hoover's wife/ Stan's Mom) told me it's being made in big vats now by someone else verses them making in the store in small batches. Said they gave the folks the exact recipe and made them sign a contract promising not to deviate from said recipe.
She said 95% of the folks are happy & 5% not happy. Said if you don't like it, don't buy it! Said they doing the best they can. Might just be her personality, but that struck me a little odd. I wonder if Mr. Lee & Stan feel the same way. Seems like they would want to perfect the sauce back like it was before the gubment stepped in, but.
