Best advice....remind them that it is a sport...a game...they are supposed to enjoy it. Once they enjoy it, they are way more willing to learn the requisite skills to be good at it.

Keep it in perspective...how many of them will ever earn a penny from it? So, what do you want them to remember?

Thanks, we had fun!! A few times though, I would look around and the whole team would be MIA. Our field was too close to the playground, but it was very fun.
