I don't think the SEC gets a team close to the playoff.

Ms State beats Bama
Ole Miss beats Arkansas and LSU
Arkansas beats Ms State
Ms State beats Ole Miss

Ole Miss at 6-2 in conference goes the SEC championship and beats Florida in a rematch.

I dont pull for Ole Miss much but I would love for them to win out and State to win out and Alabama bet LSU this weekend. I know that is a big if but what would Starkville be like over Thanksgiving?

Hate the way they got there. I didn't think you could advance a fumble (lateral that hits the ground) on 4th down.... But Rebs got whipped. Chad Kelly did all a man could do but defensive scheme was weak and Wommack never adjusted

After this wild weekend I suppose ole miss will beat lsu, and msu will beat bama. Then we have no sec team in the playoffs!!!! That will sum up the brutal schedule of the sec and a fitting ending!!!! Maybe bama can win out but after this weekend anything is possible!!!! I thought I had seen it all after the Miami game and I would have figured that every coach would have had their team prepared for that EXACT scene that played out but if you look at the ole miss sidelines when he is getting tackled freeze has his arms up and claiming victory and half the team is heading on the field. What did they think was gona happen when he threw it 15 yds shy of the first down???? Was it luck it went to the running back?. Heck yea but in the end a win is a win just ask Miami!!!! Play till the whistle blows

Oh, that's right they got their tails handed to them. Let me correct myself, a Music City Bowl and Need a Compass Bowl wins to show for the outlay. Well that last one was before the bidding began. Bowl Cuts for everyone!

Would not be surprised at all if this happens. If Bama and LSU both lose another game and Florida can win they may have a shot depending on what happens outside the conference. Need the big 12 to keep knocking each other off.

Starting to get a little more confidence in Bama but still unsure about the game against State. Dak is good enough to upset them if he plays at his best. Henry could be tired coming off 38 carries. Good thing is Kenyan Drake looked like he is back to his old self but did leave late in the game with an injury not sure what his status is.
