Behavior

We expect individuals to behave appropriately while using this resource. We expect you to respect other human beings, regardless of their political, religious, or ethnic affiliations. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

This is not a religious forum. Neither is it a forum for the proliferation of hate. This is a place for folks with a common interest in waterfowling to come together for interaction. People will disagree, but we expect all parties to maintain civility in their discussions.

Just like a duckblind or hunting camp, people will talk about football, politics, and any other number of controversial topics, but we expect people to conduct themselves appropriately while participating in this discussion. Personal insults, threats, and hateful remarks will not be tolerated by the community.

Any individual repeating behavior after being warned by a moderator will have their posting priveledges revoked until it is deemed acceptable by the site’s administration for those priveledges to be reinstated.

All complaints should be directed to either a Moderator or the site Administrator.

The posting of inappropriate images is prohibited. Nudity falls into the category of “inappropriate”. Use your better judgement when it comes to posting images.

Determining if an image is inappropriate, is the sole discretion of the site administration and moderators. The offending image will be removed, and the admin/mod removing the post will warn the user via pm/email. Repeat offenses can result in the loss of posting priveledges for the offending party.

Posting on the DuckSouth.com forums indicates that you agree to abide by this policy. This rule is in effect as of 6/15/05.

Any questions regarding the policies of this forum can be directed to Micah Walker (webmaster@msducks.com).

The following items are prohibited to be displayed in avatars and signatures:

1. Nudity
2. Vulgar expressions
3. Any content deemed inappropriate by the site management or moderators.

The site administration will remove inappropriate content from a users signature or delete the inappropriate avatar. The user will be warned, and a repeated violation can result in the revocation of posting priveledges if necessary.

The site administration reserves the right to handle individual cases as it deems necessary. Registration and participation in the forum aknowledges acceptance of these terms.

Any questions should be emailed to webmaster@msducks.com.

As a general rule, the use of profanity is discouraged. The overall environment of the site is damaged by the use of harsh language. It is the duty of every member to control their language on the forums, and accept the direction of the site administration.

Repeated offensive behavior will not be tolerated. We all know what is acceptable behavior, and those that don’t are beyond our ability to change. As with any community, there are standards of conduct that are enforced not only by rules and regulations, but by the disapproval of the members of the community. Such is the way of all communities, whether they be internet forums, civic clubs, or towns.

Moderators/Admins will edit or delete offensive content and provide a warning to the user. It is expected that the user comply in future posts. Repeated offenses will result in disciplinary action as determined by the site administration. This can include the revocation of posting priveleges.

Registration and participation in the forums acknowledges your acceptance of this policy.
