Need a little help from some locals, I have a camp in north Leflore County between Money and Minter City, I heard there was a Tornado Warning for Leflore County anyone know any details on where this hit, or how much rain we have received???? Any help would be great, having a hard time on the net.

As far as I know the tornado never touched down. We have had a bunch of rain and more to come this afternoon.

We have had over two inches in south Tallahatchie county. I did not hear about the tornado, but usually if they say Minter City, I find a hole...lol

Best as I can recall there was a tornado warning for Panola & Lafayette countties early this morning. No damage reported to to amount to anything major. Lots of rain, most folks from central Ms. north saw minimum 1" up to about 2.5", not sure about the southern 1/3 of the state. Another rounds of stroms expected this evening and into tomorrow morning for the state.

We did have a tornado warning this morning it did not touch down anywhere in the county.
