I RECENLTY LEASED SOME LAND FROM EDDIE HARGRAVE IN DELTA CITY ,LA. I HAVE SINCE FOUND OUT THAT IM NOT THE ONLY ONE . PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF BYRON BARRET HAS LEASED THIS TO ANYONE ELSE THAT YOU GUYS NO OF.

I tried to tell ya. I talked to another friend of ours this past Sat. and he said his lease was with the same guy. I don't really think that paper you got is worth the ink that was wasted on it. When are ya'll going back to take care of this guy.

First of all I had no idea that yall had never heard of this man! Second, you would think that anyone who leases land would do a little paper work on the land, and make sure the paper is legit. So I dont feel sorry for yall at all!!!

GEE WHY DIDNT I THINK OF THAT? WE WROTE THE LEASE NOT BYRON.
WE HAD OUR LAWYER WRITE A NEW LEASE WITH TOWNSHIP, SECTION RANGES, AND FARMERS NAME AND HAD IT NOTERIZED AND SIGNED BY THE JUSTICE OF THE PEACE AND BYRON BARRET. IVE GOT 1000 DOLLARS TIED UP IN THE WHOLE DEAL , NOTHING IS TO STOP HIM FROM LEASING TO OTHER PEOPLE , THAT BELEIVE IT OR NOT DUCK HUNT AND DONT READ THIS SIGHT. ( I KNOW THATS HARD FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND BUT NOT ALL DUCK HUNTERS READ THIS) MY POINT IS ,E SUE , PRESS CHARGES , KICK HIS ASS, BUT NOTHING WILL GET OUR MONEY BACK. THE ONLY THING WE WILL GET IS A JUDGEMENT AND THAT AIN'T WORTH THE PAPER IT IS WRITTEN ON!!!

OK, i have been noticing this Byron Barret guy for a year now. Is he for real?
Is he partial to only ripping people off in certain parts of the state or does he focus on one area?
