Got a corny question????????

A fella told me today that the fine for hunting over corn is $125. Is that true? Dont read anything into this , we are just having a discussion. I thought the penalty was a little steeper, anyone know for sure.

I talked to a friend of mine thats a judge and he said the fine was around $180. $100 of that being court cost....

Two years ago at our camp they fined a guy $500 for hunting over corn and carried him off the camp in cuffs.

it is a class 3 violation which is the lowest you can receive from MDWFP. the fine is 25.00-100.00 dollars plus court cost.

speaking of fines and such, i heard that since the revenue was down for the license sales this year, bout 15% or so, that the game wardens are suppose to be ticketing everything and anything that normally they might let slide.
