How many of ya'll wear gloves during hunting. I mean do you wear them the whole time hunting or just putting out and picking up decoys. I wish I could wear them I never have.

There is not a good waterfowl glove on the market, IMO. I use fleece or a wool glove on my shooting hand, and some type of waterproof glove on the other... but most of the times when put out & picking up decoys, I do not use gloves.

Webfoot we need to do some R&D on a waterfowl glove.

I haven't found a comfortable shooting glove that will keep my hands warm and dry for more than a couple of hours. So I always end up with at least two pairs in my blind bag, sometimes three.

My wife is a dentist and I have tried lining gloves with surgical gloves and they fit so tight that it is uncomfortable.

Torch does it involve a Road Trip?

Invent a good glove that is waterproof, warm, and theyou can shoot out of. I would buy a few pairs from ya.

But i cant stand to shoot with a glove on, so i sometimes wear them to pick up dekes or for the boat ride in and out.

I only wear gloves to rewarm my hands. Most of the time they stay in my pockets. The best gloves are the mitten goves that you can peel the end away and have your fingers exposed. Nothing cuts down on surface area like mittes.

only wear gloves when going to and from where i am hunting.
i do not like the muffled sound when calling and just dont wear
them to pick up dekes.

almost always go barehanded while shooting, nothing on the mearket worth a damn, tried avery lightest weight neoprene...they're great if you don't mind wet hands

I wear gloves only in the boat. When in the blind I may occasionally wear a glove on my left hand only. Right hand is always ungloved and in a pocket....ready for calling and shooting. Never call with a gloved hand.

Iwear a wool glove on my left and a fingerless on my right if i wear any at all. I have a pair of neo gloves by avery but they suck. most of the time no gloves at all. If your going to duck hunt you might as well be tuff about it.

I have never found any worth a hoot glove. They are all too thick and bulky. A pantagonia glove line inside a thin neoprene glacier glove is tolerable, but I normaly only wear gloves on the ride in.

I will wear the neoprene gloves throwing out and picking up dekes if it is around the freezing mark. Other than that I just don't wear em, don't like the way the sound with a call and can't stand the way they feel with the gun in hand. Torch, I thought you were tougher than that.......
