When is the new Bass Pro supposed to open in Tupelo ? Bass Pro's website doesn't even show anything about it. Is it going to be a "real" Bass Pro shop ?

First I've heard of one in Tupelo. I know they are opening a store near Jackson this year.

But we will have one of the largest hunting stores in the southeast. Scruggs is building it right as we speak. It is right down from Ms. Marine. :D :D

From what I understand, it is to be an outdoors store but is not related to Bass Pro Shops.

Don't know if this is the same one, but Denham Springs (about 15 minutes out of Baton Rouge) is getting a Bass Pro Shop. But they are still some technical issues to get over. If these hurdles are clear, then Cabela's is going to open in Gonzales (about 20 minutes from Baton Rouge).

Then all you Mississippi boys can come and watch some real football in Death Valley, then do some shopping!
