Dakota is a wonderful dog; happy, gentle, loving, mischievous and playful, suitable for a variety of pursuits beyond the hunting environment.
With the commencement of duck season her mental characteristics, stable temperament make her an efficient retriever, as well a good camp companion.

Gator, I own several digital cameras from Nikon, the camera that I use at camp is the Nikon Coolpix 4500 with 4.0 mega pixels… Here is the link:

I am looking at several of the the new Nikon digitals I alsoordered the Nikon D2X, 12.4 mega pixelsto replace one of my older digitals.
BTW: It is not always the camera... but the photographer.

Millenium Mallard, I changed the photo in PhotoShop into "art", giving the photo another "mood".
Gator, when you get ready give me a call on the camera purchase, it is not all about the money, but what works for you.
For reference here is the orginal photo:

That pic (the modified/posterized) version is awesome. Would make a great 20 x 20 on canvas (with the distorted colors).
That pic tells a thousand words.
For those who have never re-touched photos in Adobe or others - it's absolutely great and unbelievable as to what you can do to them.

Webfoot I have thye coolpix 3200 with the 3.2 mega pix i was wondering if with the memory card you have tried to film a duck coming in to the dekes or shooting one. I have a five min frame i can film live and thought it would be pretty neat, going to try it again this weekend
