ARE YA'LL NUTS??
Not if it was across the road and in front of my house...but then I was country before Barbara Mandrell was cool.
If Conway don't sing it
If Hank don't sing it
If George"Possum" don't sing it
If Johnny don't sing it
If Merle dont' sing it
If Wayon don't sing it
Then it ain't for white folks to listen to..

Now Money, ol Jim likes both kinds of music -----country and western.

Jim, its time to get out of that house and open up your mind to something new  ----with something old and traditional. The blues is the roots of rock & roll, jazz, R&B, etc. I dig those cats you like too, but there is a whole other world out there. You need to come to Clarksdale this Saturday for some of the best MS Delta blues music offerred. I have been going for the last 10 years or so ------ very safe, plenty of security, peaceful crowds just diggin the blues ----and the price is right as well ---its free. Beer can be purchased there for a moderate price --no gouging. Me, the Misses, my mom, sister, son, Money and his wife ---the whole hee haw gang will be there. Just bring a chair and get ready to boogie. 8)

Also, during the festival, brother Willie "I am the Blues" King and The Liberators will be at Ground Zero Sat night. During the day on Saturday, Willie will be performing acoustic blues at Cat Head Records located near the festival grounds.

James "Super Chikan" Johnson will be at Ground Zero Frid. night.

And Jimbo Mathus will be at Hopson's both Frid and Sat nights.

It just doesn't get much better than this. 8)

Y'all ought to stop by the house if you're going to Clarksdale. I'm 11 miles from the big guitar in the sky. 49/61

Is the Gospel music like Bluegrass stuff or the regular ole Gospel?
