I think they are strapped for cash and are going to start selling hunts to help pay for the food plots and habitat improvement. When I toured the place last year the lodge was looking a little run down and need of repair.

The Mannings hunt here occasionally--that tells you something about the high $ place it is!

I think their lodge burned down around the beginning of the summer. A friend of mine works for a member of the club and he said he lost everything he had in the lodge, but they were quickly building another one.
