Well I gonna hafta agree with Anat on this. There are way to many people out ther that are buying a set of waders and a couple dozen decoys and calling themselves duckhunters nowadays. Half don't know this and the other half don't know that. We all have to know the rules and regs about the game we are hunting and the areas we are hunting in. And trust me, ignorance of the law does not create immunity from it.

You need tags is your crossing state lines or transporting possession limits.
This has been law for many years and doesn't take a very bright mind to know it if they migratory bird hunt much.
Now it is my understanding that if you go hunting within the state and your on your way home from hunting and have just your limit your not going to have a problem. If there are more than one person then you will need to tag the game so if stopped you have covered yourself on who has what birds and not all belong to the vehicle owner.

didnt say any thing wrong with the rule and i knew you had to do that especially when crossing state lines. i have never heard of the special ones that the state has. we always made our own! just funny hearing about it now. and for the peeps bashing folks MIX A DAM DRINK OR SOMETHING. and for takin a stand I ANT YOUR BUDDY! for wut ever its worth thanks again SB my envolpe is in the mail.
