I know, I was really trying to stir up a little controversy.
The color of the head in that photo does look very much like a Pintail. And there's a lot of white showing. The color of the bill gives it away though.
I don't really know GC well enough, I probably shouldn't do that. Sorry.

Andy, it's ok. He and Dan give me hell all the time and pick at me too.
I'm sure with a little editing I can put 2 pintails on that strap.
Monday morning we had a flight of pintails to cup over the dekes and circle, saw my buddy getting his gun ready, i whispered "what the hell you tryin' to do, get us put in jail"? he said you can kill 1 pintail and it's ok, i said yeah it is, but not until dec 28.

That is a gadwall drake. Heck, I have not seen a pintail all year.

Hey G.C. I need a spot to hunt like the one in your last pic.
I would love to be able to walk COMFORTABLE to my blind in a pair of
shoes. I can see it now, "THE OFFICIAL SHOE OF DUCKS UNLIMITED"

I used to hunt in that area. One really nice area. Looks lik it is still producing ducks.

Ya gotta put something on when you take off your waders
I woulda worn my bunny slippers, but Delta Duck and GH22 always fight over them when I get them out

Well I finished picking cotton Monday evening. I still have a few things to do, but come Thursday morning the Delta Ducks Voluntary Restraint is over. I think I have just enough ducks to give Delta a good work out
