Do you ever put a vest on him when it gets really cold. My female is 3 and when it got really cold I put a vest on her but she got hung up and almost drowned the other day but somehow she managed to swim out of the vest. 1st time it has ever happend to her but Im not shure im gonna let her wear it again.
