Felix's Fish Camp is a good tourist spot, good eats. Oysterella's is good too.

Ed's on the Causeway is pretty good....thats usually where we end up for sea food..... If you're in the mood for some GREAT mexican, or maybe just want to get the wife a little tipsy on Margaritas check out "La Cocina" at the corner of Airport and University......For lunch "The Boiling Pot" on Airport Blvd serves up some spectacular (and HUGE....feed 2 folks HUGE) Crawfish/Shrimp/Oyster Poboys.... If i think of anything else I will shoot you a PM.........
Also while I'm here and have the attention of the Mobile crowd......If anyone could direct me to A/Any/Something Close To a Blackened Grouper Sandwich in the Mobile Area i would be very happy......anything, anywhere, doesnt even have to be a good one....Just craving one and no one has got one on the menu (that i have found yet)

Bar-B-Q - The Brick Pit is hands down the best. It's been featured on several Food Network Shows.
Seafood - Ed's on the Causeway or Wintzell's downtown.
Lunch - Big Time Diner (Do yourself a favor and order the grilled fish....outstanding!)

+1
Add Oysterella's on the causeway, or if you're feeling adventurous head down Dauphin Island Parkway and try either Beaudean's or Baileys for some "local" seafood action.

Wintzell's Oyster House is a good local dive

Wintzel's (airport rd.)
Osman's (I wish I could give you directions, but I have no idea. I was taken on a recent trip by friends from Mobile. Seafood Steaks etc. it is awesome - you have to make reservations though because the place only seats about 30 people. This is a locals place)
Zea's (airport rd. - for lunch)
I have yet to find a bad place to eat in Mobile, and I was down there nearly every other week for over half of last year. There are tons of other places along the bay also. Just kind of depends what area you will be in.

If you are downtown, there are a ton of good places on and around Dauphin. Blind Mule is great for lunch, Wintzells, Samurai J for sushi. Go out on the causeway for Oysterellas and Original Oyster House

Zea at Airport and University is my favorite non-seafood lunch place, but hard to get in unless you go early or late.

Mary's Seafood Buffet down there is absolutely, hands down, the best place to eat...
Sometimes you just have to close your eyes, count to ten, take a deep breath and remind yourself that you wouldn't look good in prison stripes... and just smile at that dumbass and walk away.

I eat at Eds Seafood Shed on causeway everytime I go down.
