Any word on the pay for him yet??? He tried to leave last year and twice already this year. Figured he was gone first offer he got.

How hard is it going to be to find a good replacement? We have some talent coming back but would a good defensive coordinator want to come here when our offense is so bad?

Yes I think so. If they were wanting to make themselves look good for another job definitely. They come in with a bunch of talent already there and have a great year right off the bat. Now since the offense stinks they just look that much better to other jobs. So I see us being used as a springboard for the next DC.

But look for another old Bama buddy of Croom's to replace EJ. One that might be about as innovative as Woody and stays around because no one else wants them. I hope this isn't true though. Hopefully it's someone better than EJ.
