After duck hunting, my friend and I did a little plinking. Here's the video of the less serious stuff we shot:

.223 Rem with 50 grain Hornady v-max's at around 3500fps. Nothing too crazy, but the gophers and that pigeon didn't like them too much.

What caliber was that. Holy smoke. Looked like that video of marine snipers using the 50 cal.

Never been one to kill something just for the hell of it......they don't have any paper targets in Canada?

Early summer you can shoot 500+ in one day easy. 3 years ago, my uncle and I shot well over 1000 in one day. That's not "shooting them just to shoot them." That's varmint control. They will ruin pastures and crop fields.
