I HATE TO HEAR THAT.
I MIGHT NEED ANOTHER ONE SOMEDAY.I'VE GOT ANOTHER ONE THAT'S FIBERGLASS BUT IT'S HARD TO PADDLE BECAUSE THE BOTTOM DEFORMS WHEN YOU PUT ANY LOAD IN IT WHILE IN THE WATER.WORKS OK WITH A TROLLING MOTOR,BUT THATS JUST MORE TO CARRY IN.I'LL DO SOME LOOKIN' TO SEE WHAT I CAN FIND.

YEA WINGMAN,I KNOW THEY'RE NOT WHAT I'D CALL A PIROGUE EITHER,
BUT OLD MR. WEBSTER SAYS A PIROGUE IS A DUG OUT CANOE,BY EXTENSION,ANY SMALL BOAT. I GUESS THATS WHY THEY'RE CALLIN'EM PIROGUES.
EITHER WAY MAYBE OLE GATOR WILL FIND HIM SUMPTIN'. I'M HEADED TO THE DEER CAMP.SEE YA'LL

thanks wetfoot...that looks promising, i'll give em a call tomorrow to see if'n they're open and if not, monday...the fellow looks like he is sitting up kinda in the middle of the boat but i can't tell how far...at that angle i don't know if i would have enough room for me, dekes and dog....but i like the looks and i see that they custom make so maybe i can get that done...i really preciate the effort and i hope ya have some luck at the camp...hey wingman, i'm still looking at the site you gave me and i like the looks of the two man (the cottonmouth i think, but it's the 2 man one) and i was wondering if it is possible to pull it w/ straps w/ my gear in it...this is a must as i will be by myself...i've got a friend that's got a flat back and it does pull fine w/out dumping when you drag it...w/ it having both ends at a point, it doesn't seem to me that it would drag real well...i'm not sure how clear i am being w/ my description but maybe you can figure it out through this garble...any thoughts? gator
