Bama fans.....Shula question......
In light of the fact that Bama was dealt the ultimate slap in the face this past weekend, and they have virtually blown their season, how long will Bama keep Shula??? Personally, I like the guy, but can't see you Bama folks putting up with much more. Just wondering.

How funny was it when he called the timeout on the goal line to decide to go for the fieldgoal or touchdown. If you did not know....against TN he decided to go for a fieldgoal instead of the TD in almost the same situsation. He was drug through the ringer by the media and fans the whole next week. Then when he pulled up his panties to go for it JPW gets stuffed on the 6in line and State gets the ball back.

He, he,.... went to watch Delta State girls play Alabama girls Sunday at 2:00 in basketball.
DSU 66- BAMA 59. Yeah-who! First time to go to that school, though, and it is really nice. I can see how its easy to be a Bama fan.

Sound familiar?

The sooner the better is how the majority of all the fans I have talked with. Shula will loose his job, he has shown that he can not coach at this level and if he is not fired this year it will be the next... So the way I look at it is if he stays the University will basicly be saying ok you got one more year to show that you can coach. Well, if they do that then our recruiting will suck this year because no one wants to commit to a coach that may not be there the next year, and all of the other schools in the SEC will use this against us. So, I say get rid of him now bring in a big name experienced coach, which would end up helping this years recruiting class rather than hurting it. Just the way I'm looking at it.
Bama fan of sorts....I don't fly flags, put stickers or magnets on my truck, fly those window flyers off my truck, have bama tag etc, but I will watch them play. Folks have got him pegged. (Shula) the team is just WAY too inconsistent. Who knows what team will show up any given weekend. I mean MSU can't even begin to be competitive in the SEC, only wins are against some schools nobody has ever heard of. Along comes what was a annual powerhouse (that was Alabama) and MSU smokes them. Shula ought to be fired NOW...not even let him finish out the season, and set an example of what is expected out of a coach at Alabama...you coach like that, allow things such as this to happen, then you can find a job elsewhere. There's a couple of coaches that Bama shouldn't have let go in the past 10 years...this is one that they SHOULD let go. I am not trying to knock MSU in this post, I'm just stating the obvious.
It's better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

Everybody is down on Shula but Shula has it made. He's collecting 2 million a year now for doing nothing. When they fire him Bama will have to pay him big bicks to buy out the contract, then he can go run one of his daddy's fancy steak houses where I'm sure he'll be making a little more than minimum wage. Sounds like hard times to me.

if you want to know how good he is, find out what his record is over the last almost four years and you decide. here's a stat for you, in the six games bama has won this year they had to come from behind in all six to win, that means they have been behind in every game this year. shula's record at bama is 0-17 when trailing after 3 quarters, what a coach. maybe we can get a real coach know.

HA! typical Bama fan! 92,000 people there at the game saturday, and 85000 never attended one class at the university of alabama......
same way at LSU and Tenn (especially LSU)
but, that's a good thing if you are one of these schools....
