That ought to serve as a reminder that 4-wheelers have to be respected. I've known several people, young and older that have had mishaps and close calls. With the season drawing near, ya'll think about it now and then.

A friend of mine hunts geese moreso than ducks. He used some Hevi-Shot last year and swears by it. He said he wouldnt use it on ducks but wont use anything else on geese.

The problem with advising you is that we don't know all the details that you are aware of. Are the thieves/vandals teenagers? Is this likely a case of poor judgement by an otherwise, normally decent individual? Have they been known to commit previous crimes or distubances, etc.? Are they neighbors ...
