I have a case and have only shot a box or so and love them. I dang sure didn't pay $25 a box for them!! Rogers has them for $199 a case right now and you can get a $25 rebate on top of that right now too I believe. I shoot 2's and if I was buying more I would probably buy 3's next time because they do plenty of damage.

So you saying you can buy Heavy Metal 3.5" from Rodger's right now for 199 per carton then get a 25 buck rebate back from Heavy Metal? That makes it only 17.40 per box??????? I got to call BS on that one! I might have been born at night but not last nite!

Don't think I said anywhere in my post you could buy 3.5's for that price, also don't think that 3.5's were ever mentioned in his orginal post....

The 3" are $199 and the 3.5" are $229 but you still get the rebate.

I buy a few boxes of the newest stuff every year just to see if it does what it says it does. All ways looking for something better. When that runs out I always end up finishing the season with Heavy Metal. It performs well for me. Also been using the Winchester Blind Side and out to 40 yards its heII on a duck.

I had some #6 left over from teal season and took them to shoot woodies with the other day, I must say I was impressed because at 30-40 yards they kill stone dead. I would have no problem shooting mallards with them inside 30 yards. 4 shots, 3 woodies I figure I can 8 limits out of a box. Lol
