Quay Evans says he's going to be a bulldog. He's a beast of a tackle out of Morton. Let's hope it sticks come February.

Just keep your fingers crossed. Will be a huge addition if he sticks.

He could be a big freshman impact, especially if we lose Fletcher. I don't see him skipping to NFL this draft though, the 2 of them will be great.

my inside source from morton tells me that Quay is tight with Channing Ward and Anthony Alford.. those 3 guys with nick james would be a huge win for us.. but alford will probably go in the first round of MLB draft

I'm a bulldog fan but not one that dwell on it so much I keep up with all the names and daily happenings. Someone who is
answer a question for me. Is MSU pursuing a new defensive coordinator? Would Tyrone Nix be a good fit at State? I know
UM sucked pretty bad, but he was top notch when he was at Southern. Wonder if he could make a difference in the secondary
where we stink every year?

No he's not a good fit, or no they aren't looking, or both?

He sure turned South Carolina's D around in a short amount of time when he was there.

No, he would not be a good fit, and no they are not looking unless Wilson forces their hand. Of course, this is all IMO.

I am a State fan and would love to see us land all the big recruits....but I have heard the same thing from some people close to that program in Morton. Hopefully he will grow up and make something out of himself.
