First time to go out for 40+ hours and catch some Yellow Fin. What a trip!

On the Lady D out of Orange Beach.

Great catch. You'll be thick in tuna steaks for a while! Rub on some mayo . . . sprinkle with Tony's . . . Hit the grill for 30 seconds or so a side . . . and splash on some lime juice . . . Damn.

Those look mighty good. I had a yellowfin steak last night. Cavenders greek seasoning and a real hot cast iron skillet with olive oil.

Yellow fin steak + BGE at 700 F = superb eating!

Trip for 11 guys was $662 which included tip/cleaning. We brought some serious food with us. None of us drink alcohol, so some will have to factor that in.
