Tons of sites but the best way is just to have a realtor do the work for you. They have access to the MLS and can search for foreclosures in the areas you dictate in the price range you are wanting to be in.
Keep in mind there are several loan programs specifically for foreclosures. One bieng the HomePath Renovation. Here is what they show in the area,

We do a ton of foreclosure mortgages. Some are great deals, some just average. Lot of layers to buying a foreclosure. Do your homework and ask a lot of questions. And of course if you need help on the mortgage, let me know.

If I was looking for foreclosures, I would look at the legal notices in the local papers. I would also call the local banks to see of they have any properties that did not sell at the foreclosure sale. The local courthouse will also have postings of properties that are scheduled to be sold by foreclosure sale.

Foreclosures are everywhere. I Think we've had 6 in our subdivision in less than 8 months... The thing is I don't even live in a expensive neighborhood, one would think if you lost a job you could atleast find a few mc'ds jobs to scrounge up the morgage payment.

I recently bought a foreclosure through the homepath plan through Matador. I got a smoking deal on our house. You have to look for them. Like he said, some are fair deals and some are great deals. I was one of the lucky ones that got a great deal.. Matador is a great person to help you with your financing also!!!
