Shell Questions

Postby Trutone2 » Thu Sep 15, 2011 5:31 pm

Anyone patterned Kents against Experts or supremes? Just trying to figure what i want to shoot this year. I dont mind paying more for supremes if they patterrn better and leave me with less cripples. Im thinking #3's in Kent 1425fps 3" although 3.5 really hammer there booty.

I live the 3in dryloc supremes over anything honestly.

Def nothing wrong with them at all, It seems to me that the faster shells yield less cripples but hell maybe its just me.

Guns are like fingerprints, they are all different. Pattern your gun with different shells and choke combinations to find out what is the best for your gun. What works great out of some guns will leave a hole in the pattern with others...

wait till theyre in range and make a good shot it wont matter what shells you shoot...i do fine with a 16 O/U...there is NO selection for shells...BPS has remingtons and every once in a while i may run across some winchesterof federals...they all kill ducks when the shot is placed right

...wait for the landing gear and shoot 'em in the face!!!!!
