I just purchased a plan for my son (going to law school). The best I could find that was also reasonable (subjective) was Aetna. Bought it online. $59 a month for decent coverage.

Hey DD, I sell health insurance in Ga but I'm not licensed in Ms. I suggest you find an agent that can help you. The plans on the internet are just fine, but an agent can answer questions that you will not find answers to on the net especially if you don't know much about the new health care laws.
There is a guy on this site named Trey that can help you. I don't know him, but I can tell from his posts, he knows health insurance. Agents can get you insurance as cheap as anything on the net and will be there to explain the plans to you. Sorry I can't remember his last name, but his name on this site is Trey. I would PM him and let him know your situation.

Hey Crow, I don't know how old your son is but I was under the impression that children could be covered under their parents' group plans now until the age of 26. This is regardless of whether they are students or not. I don't agree with that but my daughter think's Obama is the best thing since sliced bread. I told her that's all well and good but Mom and I have to agree to cover her under the group policy. If she's sitting on her booty, she ain't covered. Her eyes went

. She hadn't thought of that little wrinkle.
