Our new debt rating, ecomony that is flat lined, and gold at prices never seen before. 59 minutes and counting.

It is already ugly and getting worse. I just hope they find a bottom soon. I am getting tired of losing money everyday in this market.

If they cut farm subsidies like expected, get ready for food cost to double.

Why would you think gold would go down. With this down grade no one wants to take our money but they will jump all over gold. It's something that will never not be worth anything. Gold is up today. There are a few stocks that you can buy on the down market and make money one being EDZ and another being SRS both go against the
Market Look them up. But gold is always good to have

Out of curiosity, what silver would you guys buy? Coins? Stock? ??

question. When the market tanks, like it probably will, if your left with gold, whats it good for? And who's gonna buy it from you? I have a feeling this is going to get rough.

...this is just me thinking (look out!), but i'm thinking that gold/silver will have value until the SHTF...then it will be water, food, fuels, etc that keep you alive and objects used to stay alive. you could always make silver bullets for the zombies and warewolves, but other than that....when SHTF, malliable metals are just that - malliable to fit a form, not a dollar amount.

All of this will work out. This is a product of the institutional investors manipulating the markets for their gain. The s&p will probably be around 1350 by the end of the year. Everybody will feel good again just in time for the big boys to short the market and bring it back down. Then the cycle will start over again.
