Teal Mount
Just got this one back today. Hung it on the wall to take a pic. I have not decided where it will live in the homestead just yet.
I was pleased with the mount. Whatcha think?

I think you poached that blue wing in May is what I think.
I'm getting mine back soon. Shot in 09 when we had teal all winter. But he isn't as pretty as yours.
Nice mount!

Re: Teal Mount

Nah, these were actually taken during the '09 season as well. That was my first blue wing drake, so I knew he had to go on the wall.
I should be shot for keeping them in the freezer that long.
Re: Teal Mount
They look good Russel. I have yet to kill a blue wang! Maybe I'll try em' in May.

Wingman must know where they are hiding out this time of year. I would ask him...eSJay wrote:They look good Russell. I have yet to kill a blue wang! Maybe I'll try em' in May.

Good looking mount.
Re: Teal Mount
Nice looking mount, my first duck was a GWT. Now if I can just find a BWT with that color in early teal season

Re: Teal Mount
Those were killed in January of '09, pretty late for a BWT I thought.
