Anything to do in Tupelo?

Postby driveby » Wed May 25, 2011 8:34 am

I may be in Tupelo Monday and was wondering if there was anything to take a 7 and 11 year old to do. I'm not talking about anything major, just something like a putt putt or some other entertainment. I'm off all week and I'm wanting to head out to check on my place in Isola. I wanted to take the family with me but the only way to convince the wife to go is if I let her shop most of the day in Tupelo and head down that evening. I figure she would enjoy herself more if I took the screaming kids off her hands and let her have her shopping time to herself. Any suggestions?

The Buffalo Park would probably be your best bet. They have all kinds of stuff to do.

+1 on buffalo park and Elvis's birth place. Jump Tupelo also just opened up (kids would like it, themed inflatable slides and obstacle courses all inside.)
Your hunt is only as good as your dog and the people that are with you.
