Old Jackson JDX radio listeners
I realize that to alot of people on here this may be talking greek, but I grew up listening to the Old Z106 and David Adcock's Tunes Til 2 Sunday radio program. Well Davids son Sam is digging up some of his old programs and Played a 4 hour tunes til 2 radio program last monday night. Before it was Z106, it was JDX102.9...what is now Miss103. They are playing the old JDX type radio show with no commercial and just good classic rock online. Makes for some good tunes while sitting at the office...the link is www.jdx1029.com
Thought some of the older guys would appreciate this.

WZZQ was a great rock station is the 70's. The online show is run by Cathy Nail and she does a great job of keeping it original. Lots of clips and soundbites from the old days. (and JDX was never pop)

62 JDX was pop back in the 70's when I was a kid living in Clinton. Then I think they went to country and then to all sports. I moved in '84 and lost touch with Jackson stations then.

We used to call Adcock every Sunday afternoon from camp and ask him to play a little Alice's Restaurant. He would get pissed and cuss us out. One of the last times, he said "Damn it. Dont you realize there is no little Alices' Restaurant? The song is over 20 minutes long. Quit calling."
