I have always been an ethical hunter, but duck season this year has been my worst ever. I am just trying to figure out if it would be worth smacking the hell out of them, one good time. Who knows, after it is over I may turn myself in and plead insane. So with that my question is what would that ticket cost me, who knows it might be worth it.

What is your definition of an "ethical hunter"?

Agreed! I guess MSdukhntr didn't see what happened to the kids from/around Oxford and they were hunting during the season. So my guess would be that MSdukhntr would get charged as those kids did and then some since it would be out of season.

I can see the wheels turning in that hands mind as we speak..."I hunt out of season in MS and all I get is a loss of license in Arkansas...heck lets go fer it...I dont even hunt in Arkansas"

Surely you jest?

If you had a crappy season this year you weren't hunting the right places. Most had a banner year. If you want to take the chance on losing your license for the next couple of years, knock yourself out.
