Unloading a Beretta( now another problem)

I buddy of mine has a Beretta but can't seem to unload it manually. First shell will eject but others want. Need help.

turn the gun upside downa and look onthe bottom of the reciever. there is a small button that has to be pushed to release the shell from the magazine. You have to do it with each shell.

depending on the model, like the old pintail models, you had to open the bolt to get the one out of the magazine, then you had to take the button that closes the reciever and push it forward(it can be a b!tcch)...push it again and it will throw another on in so you can load it and then unload it.

The easiest way I've found to unload mine is after ejecting the first shell, press the breech bolt release button on the on the right (about 3/8 dia) which will force the shell back against the carrier. Then just push the carrier down & the shell will slide into you hand. Repeat for shell # 2 in the magizine. This keeps you from having to chamber, then eject.

Push the button at the same time as pressing down the metal lever (at bottom of receiver). It's all about the "timing" - he'll get used to it.

As another word of advice - always make sure the barrel is seated completely against the receiver following a cleaning. Otherwise, shells won't cycle properly. Other than that, a fantastic gun.

my buddy has a pintail and that is a pain in the butt!!

my beretta has the small button at the back end of the feed ramp and I have no trouble

Ok we fixed that problem, but now when he shoots and the guns cycles it does not close all the way? Any answers to that. And he was shooting three inch buckshot.

It sounds to me as though this guy needs to buy a new gun.
