Postby butla25 » Mon Dec 13, 2010 10:04 pm

Any ideas on where I can get some square tubing preferably 1" or 1 1/2"?? Trying to make some deep water mojo poles. Or does anyone have any better suggestions for how to make a deep water mojo pole?

You could make a floating rig that's supported by 4 decoys and made outta pvc. Make your arms of the floating rig at least 5' long to give it more leverage against high winds. If your arms aren't long enough a high wind will flip the entire rig over thus dumping your mojo in the drink. Another tip is to tie your mojo to the floating rig in case it does happen to flip in high wind, all you do is go pick up the rig and the mojo will still be tethered to it....reposition it and proceed with your hunt.
It's better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.
