It took 4 gallons to cook a 12lb. bird on the fourth. I'd figure 5 gallons would be plenty for any size bird.

Scooter sounds great to me. The turkey is definetly on, However I really have not the foggiest idea how much we should need as I have never deep fried one myself before. I am really lookin' forward to givin' it a go though. I will bring the bird since we have all this lined up. Sounds like I may have a mini wildlife extravaganza with the goodies I'm bringin' hope they all taste decent.
