<<<<< SEPTEMBER PHOTO CONTEST >>>>>
***this particular contest will run from NOW-August 24 at midnight***
+++Voting Sept 24 - Sept 30+++
1) Submit your best 3 photos concerning the theme (or YOUR interpretation) of said theme
2) Photos must be taken during the time frame listed (i.e. MARCH photos taken during MARCH), at the end will be a week of voting......winner of the month will choose next theme
3) PLEASE number each photo and try to submit them all at once so as to make it easier for folks to know which photo they are voting on
4) PLEASE keep these as a "photo only" thread, saving comments/critiques for other threads
5) HAVE FUN WITH IT.
KISS approach, but anything can be changed.
the September THEME = SHADOWS
Thanks to CAJUN SQUEALER for the theme.
-Remember, this is FORUM WIDE and for ANY SKILL LEVEL.....also, it's invited that the non-photography viewer ship participate in BOTH the voting and the submissions of photos if you are so inclined-
-Voting takes place by counting the total number of votes for each person who submits photos

Much tougher theme than I would have thought! These are marginal at best, but they're all I've got.
1) Forgotten Boat Ramp in the Shadows

2) The Earth's Shadow Across the Craters of the Moon

3)Granddaddy Long Legs

Re: <<<<< SEPTEMBER PHOTO CONTEST >>>>>
i know im not suppose to post here but awesome photos this month
Re: <<<<< SEPTEMBER PHOTO CONTEST >>>>>
now that it's over, but the voting...teul, is that from a set of vehical lights (the white zenon type) or the actual church accent/focal point lights?
Experience is a freakin' awesome teacher...
Re: <<<<< SEPTEMBER PHOTO CONTEST >>>>>
No, the church actually has that light in front of their sign. Not sure if the sign design was on purpose, but the light placement had to be.
Saw the opportunity for this pic along time ago, just waited for a contest theme that I could use it in.
