BP announced today that they will no longer hire Cajuns to help in the cleanup. Thibodeaux and Boudreaux were told to clean as many pelicans as they could....So far, Thibodeaux has cleaned and gutted 56 birds while Boudreaux made the roux and cooked the rice

I understand yall folks in MS don't quite understand, but it's Boudreaux and Thibodeaux, not Thibodeaux and Boudreaux. That's actually hard to speak backwards like that. :)

Actually, I have been down here at ground zero (Grand Isle) since May 12, and the beach clean up crew is a joke! JOKE!! These people don't do Sh*t all day, So ole Thibodeaux and Boudreaux would actually being doing more help than what the current employees BP has hired. In fact I heard a local rumor that one lady employed through BP for clean up shows up every day ready to work, but shortly after arriving goes to a tent in national park and turns tricks in a tent for $40 a pop! BP really picked some winners on this clean up crew, locals are furious, with there half ass attempt and lazy workers.

And while your name dropping put some jarreau's, patin's, bergeron's, and bueche's out there too

I was there last weekend and saw the same thing. They MIGHT work 30 minutes in a given day.

there are "joke" cleanup crews in florida as well.

went to panama city beach a while ago and they had some "clean up crews" walking the beach some during the day. they did absolutely nothing. i hear they are making $20 an hour. this whole thing is a joke.
