Got a friend that has a farm pond covered in this stuff. Wanting to know control measures to take, or said he would rather somebody come do it for him that knows what they are doing. Anybody got any names numbers or info on this would be greatly appreciated.

Some people will not know what Dolar Bonnet is the weed he is refering to is Water Shield. Reward is the Chemical.

Best and cheapest chemical would be an aquatic lableled 2,4-D such as Platoon or Hardball. Use a good surfactant, and if applying by boat or in windy conditions use a silicone based surfactant to keep the chemical on the waters surface in contact with the plant. Otherwise waves will just wash the herbicide off the foliage.
