Shotgun Help!!!

Postby tdean1187 » Wed Feb 17, 2010 9:16 pm

Looking to get a new shotgun for next season, what does everyone recommend? I am wanting to stay under $800. I have been looking at the Franchi I-12 and the Stoeger Model 2000, really wanting to stay with the semi-auto. Anyone have any advise on these two or any other good suggestions?

My x3 cleared the 800 pretty easy. Not heard anything bad about those two some talk about the beretta at wlamart cant remember the model. I have seen some remaining x2 out there for around 800. I would take a x2 over any of the others mentioned. I guess the 3" x3 maybe $800 didnt think about that.

Out of those two I would go with the I-12. But for $50 more you could get an X-3 3''. You should also check out the Beretta A-390.
Damn, i thought I had that one

Is that buddy of yours tryin to blow that call or make love to it?

I can sell you a SX-3 3" for 995 plus tax. SX-3 3.5" for 1095.00 and the SX-3 3.5" in MODB for 1250.00 plus tax. But If you just have to stay under 800 you won't get much in a semi auto except maybe the Stoger or some of the lesser name brands like the Tri-Star.

I have had my M2000 for several years now and love it. Never failed me. Best $375 I have ever spent on a shotgun. It looks like crap as I have abused it, but it keeps on shooting and has NEVER jammed on me.
