anybody blow one of these? - i used to think i had a good sounding duck call til i picked one of these up this week ----swweeeeeeeeet!!!!!

I did not know Rick Dunn even made double reed calls.

Yep GC, he's making double reed calls now. I've got a single reed Timber call but never hardly use it.

I got one last year for Christmas, and really like it. Alot easier to blow than most, and doesn't freeze up too bad. I had a buddy that dropped $125 for a RNT, and his kept locking up during the freeze. Granted he is an idiot and is probably spitting into it, but I see alot of inquiries on these forum boards about how to keep one from sticking. Hard to tell the difference one from the other, but the echo is $70 cheaper

RNT has had a sticking problem. I had to send an RNT acrylic back to them to fix it, and I am not real spitty. They have been repairing calls from free lately since they have had a good many problems since Butch quit doing some of the day to day. John Stephens posted on the Refuge that they have it worked out now. I dunno.

Dunn makes good calls.
