I know that some of you were discussing this earlier. Friends of mine were hunting nearby and tried to help out when they heard the yells for help. Terrible accident!!!

If I showed up at the river and that was the boat, I would ask for my money back right then. No way is that boat safe for 8 people. And if for some crazy reason you did put 8 in it, why wouldn't you make everyone wear a pfd.

I am by no means taking up for that guy in any way, but what are yall seeing that makes that boat a POS? Its a cab boat, they look like that, its been in the bottom of a river. No one can see the hull and determine that it is a POS. Trust me I have been in far worse looking cab boats and felt safer than alot of newer boats....a river boat that is used is going to look rough. Not saying it is suitable for holding 8 people, but just because the paint is worn, it has som scratches, or the bow it beat up from bouncing off trees, doesnt make it a POS(which is all you can base it off of in this pic). Those old monark and polar craft cab boats are tough as nails.

This looks like a boat that has been tied up to that spot for a long time. I see no prop or anything. Are we sure this is the boat that was in accident? Looks totally rusted.

For those that dont know that is a cab boat...half of it. It is the front bow, deck, and the front half of the enclosed cab...not the whole boat. the back half and the transom are resting on the bottom, or so it looks like. This boat is stood up on the transom and you are looking at the top view of the boat.
